Yes. All MINA London sunglasses provide UV400 protection to help shield your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Are your sunglasses unisex?
Yes. Our collections are designed to suit all styles and a wide range of face shapes.
What comes with my order?
Every pair includes a protective pouch and a premium microfibre cleaning cloth to help keep your sunglasses in excellent condition.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. At this time, we are unable to ship to the United States due to product compliance and import requirements. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to offer shipping to the US in the future.
What is the return policy?
At MINA London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials.
- Be returned in the original MINA London box.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty.
- The wrong product was sent.
- The item was damaged during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MINA London cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
